Job Scope:
Car Loans Admin
Manage hire purchase loan applications and documentation.
Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and requirements to customers.
Process and update customer information accurately.
Liaise with banks, finance institutions, and internal teams.
Follow up on outstanding documents or payments.
Handle administrative tasks such as reports and filing, while providing customer service and resolving enquiries.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification; finance/loan experience preferred.
Knowledge of hire purchase loan processes will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Job Scope:
Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Officer
Oversee daily sales operations, including quotation, order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
Manage high volumes of customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
Support customers with excellent service and follow-up.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.
Coordinate projects with the lead manager to ensure timely execution.
Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing).
Prepare and submit reports and tender documents.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
