Operations Team Leader

Responsibilities Responsible for the smooth and safe execution of truck, drumming and tank cleaning operations Lead the team in investigations, troubleshooting and problem solving of incidents and abnormal observations Act as SMC (Site Main Controller) for emergencies arising during after office hours until the arrival of the Operations/ Terminal manager Lead team on process control, application, process recovery and emergency response Ensure reduction in Ship shore variance Maintain and own the Terminal Inventory management system Support coordination with the commissioning of Industrial plant turn around & planned maintenance Coordinate day to day permit to work Responsible for managing the day team manpower, workflow scheduling and communication Manage day-to-day manpower administration and planning, workflow scheduling, and inter-departmental communication to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations Responsible for the compliance of local regulatory and company's standards Manage and prepare for all audits, e.g. customers, ISO, regulatory, THA and safety audits Ensure compliance with Terminal SHEQ and VF by Operations team and contractors (including 3rd party)Responsible for delivering customer expectations and standards Responsible for the training and supervising of operations day team Train and develop team member in operational competency Train, coach and guide Operations team members in performance improvements Conduct staff performance review and appraisal Requirements Min Diploma holder & above Min 3-5 years of relevant terminal operations experience in similar industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Leadership abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving skills How to Apply Interested candidates, please submit your resume by clicking on "Quick Apply"Please provide following information in the resume for immediate processing Reasons for leaving current and/or last employment Last drawn and/or current salary Expected salary Date of availability and/or Notice Period All applications will be treated in strictest confidence and only shortlisted candidates will be notified Joni EA License No : 03C5391EA Reg No : R #J-18808-Ljbffr
