Job Title: Advanced Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Job Description

As an Advanced Care Provider, you will be required to provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members. You will be expected to assess and monitor the health and nutritional status of residents during daily rounds, and carry out physical examinations and minor procedures as necessary.

  • Comply with all relevant regulations and standards in care and documentation.
  • Lead in response to emergencies and arrange for medical transport when necessary.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to junior staff members on professional and nursing issues.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure that residents receive the highest quality care and support.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
  • To participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • A valid Singapore Nursing Board License (Staff Nurse).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
