Responsibilities
Plan and lead large-scale technical projects, especially fund projects, to lay the foundation for iterative development and scale of early products
Align with product and org objectives, coordinate with cross functional teams on delivering key results
Develop robust, efficient technology platform products
Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture
Research and apply cutting-edge domain and technical knowledge into products
Focus on fund-related requirements, be responsible for business strong consistency and validity
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines with 2+ years working experience
Experience in scalable, highly available, distributed and mission-critical systems
Extensive knowledge of modern software tech stack, including front-end applications, large-scale backend, data pipeline
Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++
Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms; knowledge of databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka
Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders and good communication skills
