We are seeking energetic client-facing treasury relationship managers to manage a portfolio of existing accounts by providing treasury and cash management solutions in response to sales leads and referrals.
The Treasury Advisory Services
role manages and grows relationships with corporate clients
by helping them manage their money better.
Responsibilities:
Take Care of Clients:
Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
Answer their questions, solve problems, and make sure they're happy with the bank's services.
Offer Treasury and Cash Solutions:
Help clients manage their cash flow and liquidity.
Suggest banking products like payment solutions, cash management tools, or investment options that fit their needs.
Work with Sales Teams:
Support the sales team in meetings to understand client needs.
Help create proposals (RFPs) to win new business.
Ensure Smooth Operations and Compliance:
Make sure all transactions follow legal and internal rules, especially KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
Fix any service issues by finding the root cause and preventing them from happening again.
Support Projects and Improvements:
Participate in internal projects, like updating systems or helping with client migration tasks.
Continuously look for ways to improve client service.
Key Skills Needed:
At least 2-3 years' working experience in the area of Client Services in the bank concentrating on delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate/financial institutional clients.
Excellent presentations, communication, time management, problem solving, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
2-3 years of operational experience within the payment, trade, or treasury environment
in banking.
Customer Service Skills:
Ability to manage client relationships and solve problems quickly.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively interact with clients and teams.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams.
Knowledge of Banking Products:
Understand cash management, payment solutions, and electronic banking platforms.
