Roles & Responsibilities COMPANY: Calibre 65 is a fast-growing Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focusing on selling luxury watches. We aim to provide each of our customers with a personal, comfortable and luxurious experience. Through our vast knowledge and experience with watches, we ensure each customers leaves not with a watch they want, but a watch they love. We are currently looking to expand our Sales team and increase our presence on Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Job Description: Attend to Customers' needs and enquiries Assist with stock take, display and arranging of stock, etc. To assist in ensuring shop’s daily operations and ensure monthly sales target are achieved To assist in maintaining operational records which include product inventory and sales reports Visual Merchandising on product display so as to maximize sales. Help with any other tasks and activities to support outlet operations To assist in managing order processing, fulfilment and returns of customer orders. Administrative duties, Salaries, commissions etc Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management Assist with events when required Requirements: Willing to learn about luxury watches, the brands, the consumers and their behaviour Good people’s skills and able to work in a team Able to understand client’s request and reply in a timely manner, maintain a high level of responsiveness and willing to go the extra mile Willing to learn and grow with more responsibilities within the company Bonus points: (Great to have, but not required for this role) Product Photography experience Photoshop experience Experience in growing social media platforms Basic Bookeeping experience will be a huge plus Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to grow within the company. Working with us: Flexible working hours 10-5pm 5 days a week. (4 weekdays and saturday) Many opportunities to grow within and outside of your field.
