Description Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors. SUMMARY Ensure BIM Team follows company’s BIM Guide & Standards Ensure BIM Team follows the Project (specific) BEP on naming, linkview, folder & file structure Advise BIM Team on the best methodology for modelling JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE) Establish the master drawing list and shop drawing schedule submission schedule work for the BIM Team Ensure BIM Team has the latest updated information to prepare the shop drawings To review and highlight all authorities' non-compliance To review all internal and subcontractors' shop drawings before submission for approval Track and monitor shop drawings submission statues and ensure approval are obtain for work to proceed on site coordinate subcontractors' details to ensure workability Prepare weekly Clash Detection Reports for all trades (including M&E) to ensure resolution and model is update correctly Attend Technical and BIM Coordination Meetings Prepare Minutes of Meeting for BIM Coordination Meetings REQUIREMENTS Degree in Civil Engineering Proficient in Revit (mandatory) Good understanding of C&S Onion Search Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2108 EA Personnel: Clover Lai Kah Wai EA Personnel No: R #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category IT & Technology Sub Category IT Management & IT Project Management
