Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with traders and researchers in designing, developing, testing, and supporting a proprietary trading platform. The ideal candidate will have the ability to capture opportunities in electronic capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable, and low latency trading software.
  • Collaboration: Participate in collaborative discussions and problem-solving with multiple stakeholders.
  • Workflow Improvement: Help improve and evolve software design and maintenance workflows and practices.
  • Mentorship: Mentor team members and improve knowledge acquisition and sharing.

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics. Additionally, they should have expert knowledge of modern C++, working knowledge of Python, experience with test-driven development and continuous integration, experience developing software for Linux, understanding of software design principles and algorithmic complexity, and a strong desire to solve complex and novel problems in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
  • Expert knowledge of modern C++.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with test-driven development and continuous integration.
  • Experience developing software for Linux.
  • Understanding of software design principles and algorithmic complexity.
  • Desire to solve complex and novel problems in a collaborative environment.
