Job Summary:

  • Salary: Starting from $1,700
  • Bonuses: Up to 3–5 months variable bonus
  • Working Days/Hours: Rotating Shiftwork
  • Morning: 6:30am – 4:15pm
  • Afternoon: 4:00pm – 1:45am
  • Shift Pattern: 2 Morning, 2 Afternoon, 1 Off Day, 1 Rest Day
  • Location: East Region

Job Responsibilities:

Embark on a structured 3-year or 5-year traineeship programme designed to provide comprehensive technical training and hands-on experience in aircraft engine maintenance. Upon successful completion, deployment will be based on your competencies and business requirements.

As a Trainee Technician, your learning and responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling and disassembling aircraft engine components
  • Conducting inspections and troubleshooting of engine parts
  • Performing repairs and overhauls on engine systems
  • Installing and replacing engine components
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance on aircraft systems
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems in accordance with aviation safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications (Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in relevant disciplines)
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts
  • Keen interest in aerospace and mechanical systems
  • Strong team player with a proactive learning attitude
