Do you like startups? Are you interested in all things Generative AI? Do you enjoy leading teams and developing people? If yes, we have the right role for you. The AWS Startup Solutions Architecture team helps early stage startups deploy the best, scalable, and secure architectures while maximizing efficiency. You will work with startups directly and with startup influencer and investor groups to broaden impact.
The customers you and your team will work with are some of the most exciting startups in the world, creating new applications and business models with Generative AI at the core. You will lead a high-performing team of customer-obsessed Solutions Architects, create a compelling technical vision, and hire and develop world-class architects. You will engage with AWS leaders to build plans that define how we help early stage Generative AI startups, including one-to-one engagements and scaled activities with multiple customers. You will collaborate with marketing and training to contribute to technical content and public speaking, and you will ensure customer insights are delivered to service engineering teams to drive product improvements.
