Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Responsibilities Calling warm leads who have shown interest in services closely Schedule appointments and arrange for rescheduling, if necessary. Attend to customer enquiries Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge about services - training will be provided Calling of existing customers whenever necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments Requirements Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales is preferred Strong communication skills Strong phone etiquette and the ability to speak clearly and confidently Ability to work independently and meet targets Min 1 years of relevant experience in telemarketing/sales Good track record of turn ups Proficient with Excel Work Location: Jurong East - IMM #J-18808-Ljbffr
