Job Summary We're seeking a dynamic Creative Marketing Associate to accelerate our go-to-marketstrategy. You'll be our creative force behind marketing collaterals, using GenAI as a creativecopilot to produce high-impact content across multiple channels. This role is perfect for alateral thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing ideas to life quickly.Key Responsibilities • Strategic Creative Translation - Transform marketing strategies into compellingcreative assets and campaigns• Content Ideation - Generate content concepts that align with brand objectives• Content Creation - Produce videos, EDMs, landing pages, brochures, and socialmedia content• Creative Production - Design and edit using Premiere/DaVinci, Illustrator/Figma ascore skills• Digital Marketing - Create engaging content for web, social, and email campaigns• Event Support - Assist with physical activations, including event planning, materialspreparation, and on-site coordination• Performance Tracking - Monitor content performance using GA4 and implementSEO best practices• Rapid Execution - Turn concepts into finished marketing materials with speed andprecision• Vendor Management - Negotiate and manage external suppliers for specialisedwork beyond in-house capabilitiesRequired Skills Strategic Thinking - Strong ideation skills and ability to translate high-level strategyinto creative executions Creative Problem-Solving - Lateral thinking approach to overcome creative challenges Design Excellence - Strong visual design sense with a portfolio demonstrating creative impact and measurable success metrics Portfolio Requirement - Must showcase previous work with documented performance results where available (engagement rates, conversion metrics, campaign success stories) Mandatory - Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator or Figma GenAI Proficiency - Experience with AI content creation tools Agency Experience - Preferred background in creative agencies Fast Execution - Proven ability to deliver quality work quickly Vendor Relations - Experience in supplier negotiation and project management Nice to Have Canva, Photoshop, other creative software Basic SEO, HTML and GA4 knowledge Some event coordination or activation experience Dental industry knowledge: Understanding of dental terminology What We Offer Competitive Salary - Based on experience and skills Happy Work Environment - Positive, supportive team culture Learning Opportunities - We'll teach you what you need to know Satisfying Work - Demanding but rewarding projects that make an impact Diverse Experience - Work across digital, physical activations, and vendor partnerships Note: Don't have all the skills?
