Overview
Job Purpose: Financial Full Suite is strategic, state-of-the-art, operating and reporting general ledger for the entire firm. The Full Suite initiative aims to enable the Citi Finance and Risk transformation by addressing processes, data, organization, and technology. It will drive consistency, efficiency, and control across Citi’s Finance and Risk Infrastructure. We are looking for candidates who have experience in a techno-functional role / BA in the financial domain, with strong technology knowledge in Oracle and Unix, preferably with knowledge in Ab-Initio or an equivalent ETL tool.
Job Description:
Be a strong technology expert in financial data, end-to-end system knowledge, and operation processes of the Fullsuite application; act as on-time solution provider; identify data quality issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions working with upstream/downstream systems, Operations, Finance, Business, and Technology teams across regions (ASIA, EMEA, NAM, LATAM).
Responsible for Consent Order deliveries and DCRM (Data Concern Remediation Management) solutions and their implementation in all regions.
Strong in Oracle and UNIX technologies; preferably with Ab-initio experience; able to debug problems by reviewing programming code and perform complex SQL queries to identify root causes.
Participate in IT development life cycles and ensure IT delivers better solutions.
Collaborate with team members across locations and create an environment with strong system expertise.
Responsibilities
Identify data quality issues and root causes in the Fullsuite system; collaborate with partners across upstream/downstream systems, Operations, Finance, Business, and Technology teams to implement solutions for all regions.
Deliver and implement Consent Order and DCRM solutions across regions.
Leverage Oracle, UNIX, and ETL tools (Ab-initio or equivalent) to debug issues and run complex SQL queries.
Engage in IT development life cycles to provide effective IT solutions.
Support cross-location collaboration and foster a strong technical team environment.
Qualifications
4+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong in Oracle (SQL & PL/SQL) and UNIX technologies. Ab-initio experience preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in these technologies.
Strong in financial ledger concepts and Financial and Management reporting functionalities. Minimum 2 years of experience in this area.
Strong in Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and stakeholder engagement/coordination for solutions and implementations.
Strong in collaborating with teams across locations and relevant experience.
Knowledge and experience of finance technology, financial data, end-to-end system flows, and operations processes of Ledger applications.
Demonstrated leadership ability with clear and concise written and verbal communication and evidence-based arguments.
Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to partner and influence across organizational lines.
Proven ability to use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
