Support implementation of ICT programmes, ensuring MOE policies are adhered to. Help with ICT inventory, asset management and coordinate tasks with Desktop Engineers and vendors. Plan and conduct structured ICT training programmes for staff and students. Set up monitoring processes for ICT related programmes or activities. Administrative Design and maintain the school website (ISOMER). Create posters, collaterals and manage photography/videography needs. Compile students' ICT works for showcase and archival. Conduct online surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of ICT courses and resources. Assist the e‐Supervisor in physical setup of e‐Oral and e‐Listening Comprehension examinations. Support in Teaching and Learning Assist with integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning. Help drive an e‐learning ICT culture and implement e‐learning activities. Management of Resources Work closely with ICT Manager/Associate to manage school resources, equipment replacement and loaning. Optimize Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources. Training Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students. Plan and conduct training for students to be familiar with ICT tools and e‐learning platforms. Assist ICT Manager/Associate during training for teachers on the use of ICT and AV equipment. Review all training programmes for both students and teachers and make necessary improvements. Plan, assist and conduct CCA training when needed by the Authority. Train and prepare students for ICT related competitions (e.g., National Robotic Competition). Requirements Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably with MOE schools. Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace, including Classroom and GSUITE admin). Proficient in Adobe media editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.). Proficient in Apple media editing software (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Logic Pro and Motion). Proficient in Design media software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Provide samples demo of media work previously. At least 1 year of ISOMER Admin experience and Google Workspace Administrator experience. At least 1 year of teaching experience using Students Learning Space (SLS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
