The Role

We are seeking a Technical Developer/Writer/Enthusiast who can produce high-quality documentation. The immediate focus will be on products related to CI/CD (SHIP-HATS), Containers (Container Stack), and Monitoring (StackOps).

Responsibilities

  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including product guides, demos, tutorials, starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs, in line with organizational standards.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly conceptual, how-to, and reference materials without compromising technical accuracy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to define and implement content strategies that enhance onboarding and product adoption.
  • Lead pilot initiatives to evaluate content formats, mediums, and types, and provide recommendations for building an effective content cadence.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and adapt content to evolving product needs.
  • Ensure content consistency, accuracy, and timely refresh across all product materials.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and effectiveness.
  • Represent the team as a tech advocate , engaging with local and international developer communities.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience creating technical content for developers and technical audiences.
  • Strong experience in documenting cloud-based products or familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with established technical writing style guides.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational or professional background in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or Software Development .
  • Ability to walk through and streamline workflows for clarity and accuracy.
  • Experience with graphic design, visual assets, or video content creation .
  • A creative edge demonstrated through personal blogs, published articles, GitHub projects, or technical writing samples.
  • Ability to articulate which product documentation inspires you most—and why.
