Seeking a detail-oriented Project and Risk Management Analyst to manage projects, support system enhancements, and perform risk monitoring. Role involves data analytics for reporting and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Must have project Management experience (tech and non-tech projects);
  • Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • Experience with regulatory reporting;
  • Knowledge of risk management (investment risk, AML, operational, regulatory, fiduciary);
  • Ability to prepare business requirement documents and report formats;
  • Experience in customer due diligence (CDD) and AML reviews;
  • Strong understanding of trust systems and data availability.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience supporting Investment Committee meetings with portfolio reviews;
  • Familiarity with batch and manual screening alerts, including handling of PEP reviews;
  • Understanding of fiduciary/trust operations;
  • Experience in survey and regulatory response preparation;
  • Exposure to compliance processes and internal audit readiness;
  • Strong documentation and communication skills across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery;
  • Understand trust systems to prepare business requirements and assess data availability;
  • Monitor, assess, and address risk exposures across all areas of Private Trust business, including investment risk, AML compliance risk, operational risk, regulatory risk, fiduciary risk, etc;
  • Support investment committee meetings and ensure follow-up on risk mitigation steps;
  • Conduct data analytics for internal and regulatory reporting, and external survey responses;
  • Perform due diligence for new client onboarding and ongoing review of material transactions;
  • Review screening alerts, investigate high-risk clients (e.g., PEPs), and ensure necessary documentation is obtained and submitted.
