Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cognitive Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing psychological services within an interdisciplinary setting.

You will apply a range of psychometric assessments and interventions to support clients with Mild Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Your primary focus will be on promoting and supporting the cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological assessments and other standardized tests for students when required.
  • Coordinating with allied professionals to support placement and transition for new admissions.
  • Developing clinical or professional formulations for routine cases and common psychological problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration as a Psychologist with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • Previous working experience in schools, particularly those catering to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
