Head of Fund Investment Management

We are partnering exclusively with a leading global asset manager to appoint a APAC Head of Fund and Client Mandate for the Asia Pacific region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of fund, client, and regulatory reporting across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be part of the APAC Platform Services management team, playing a pivotal role in building strong production teams, overseeing outsourced service providers, and driving operational excellence.
This individual will be instrumental in shaping the operating model, transitioning projects into BAU operations, defining KPIs, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all fund and client reporting activities across APAC with accountability for timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee client interactions including reporting, due diligence visits, quarterly investment reporting, queries, and performance reporting.
