Wealth - Citigold, Summer Analyst, Hong Kong, 2026

Overview
Wealth (Citigold) Summer Analyst Program trains and cultivates the pipeline for Citi's full-time program. The 10-week Summer program starts with intensive training that provides essential skills and an orientation to Citi's culture. After initial training, participants join one of Citi's key businesses or functions and are assigned a tailored project for an immersive experience. To support growth, you will participate in mentoring programs, networking events, speaker series, and other structured development opportunities.
Your time here will look like this: the program aims to give future business leaders a holistic view of Citi's business through mentorship, training, and development opportunities, culminating in a broad understanding of the Wealth business and Citi’s operations.

What we need from you
You are in your penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline (graduating between Dec 2026 - June 2027).
You have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
You have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service.
Extensive work experience is not a requirement, but dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital. We are hiring individuals who have a global perspective on the future of banking and want to make an impact on the corporate level.
Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire/curiosity to learn, and ability to collaborate in team environments.
Genuine interest in Wealth/digital trends with initiative to learn and apply knowledge to work.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Analytical and quantitative skills.
Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry.
Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred, but not required).
Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
