About the Role We are looking for a passionate and responsible Vintage Retail Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vintage retail shop. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong customer service skills, and an appreciation for unique, timeless pieces. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring smooth running of all retail activities. Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service. Handle inventory management, including stock-taking, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to drive revenue. Maintain shop appearance to reflect the brand's identity and charm. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Work with marketing team to execute tasks. Qualifications Strong communication and people management skills. Customer-oriented with a passion for vintage goods and unique retail concepts. Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
