Description Site Operations Management Oversee the entire moving process at the job site, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking. Ensure the team follows proper procedures for handling, moving, and protecting clients' items, including fragile and high-value assets. Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality. 2. Team Leadership Assign tasks to team members and ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated. Motivate and guide the crew to perform efficiently and safely. Provide on-the-job training for new team members and promote teamwork among the crew. 3. Client Interaction Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the move, addressing any questions, concerns, or requests in a professional manner. Confirm that the client’s requirements are met, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory moving experience. 4. Quality and Safety Control Perform pre-move and post-move inspections to ensure all items are handled with care and no damage occurs. Enforce health and safety guidelines on-site, ensuring the use of proper lifting techniques and equipment. Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and fittings are properly protected during the move. 5. Reporting and Documentation Complete and submit required paperwork, including job completion reports, incident reports, and inventory checklists. Report any issues, damages, or incidents to the Operations Manager promptly. Track and record crew hours and productivity on-site. 6. Equipment and Vehicle Management Ensure all tools, equipment, and moving vehicles are used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
