We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to maintain HVAC system and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
West region (transport provided)
Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
about the job
Lead and coordinate HVAC maintenance tasks with technicians, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with site SOPs and environmental health and safety regulations.
Monitor HVAC system performance daily using building management systems and environmental data, responding swiftly to any irregularities.
Manage regulatory compliance reporting, including water quality monitoring and documentation related to HVAC operations.
Operate and maintain various HVAC equipment, with particular focus on chillers and associated systems.
Act as the primary contact for HVAC-related facility management activities, participate in coordination meetings, and provide regular activity reports to management and stakeholders.
