Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Early Childhood Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of centre operations, planning and implementing weekly schedules and programmes for the children, and maintaining staff ratios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the centre, including managing budgets and resources.
  • Plan and implement engaging programmes for the children, aligned with MOE guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff scheduling and child progress.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and other professionals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Conduct surveys and evaluations to assess programme effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification.
  • Leadership experience in a pre-school setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
