Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Maintain the spa facility's cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
  • Prepare spa and work stations, ensuring tidiness throughout each shift.
  • Assist with linen management, replacing them between sessions as needed.
  • Sterilize all equipment after each use.
  • Accompany guests to and from treatment rooms for a seamless experience.
  • Consult with customers to identify suitable massage services for their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation as required.
