Overview The Service Delivery Division (SD) under SSP delivers services directly to residents and works with partners to uplift lower-income individuals and families, as well as destitute persons. Responsibilities Data collection, preparation and cleaning: Assist in collecting, cleaning from multilple sources and organising into accessible databases Data analysis: Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns and insights from datasets Data visualisation and reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards and data visualisation tools to support analytics and henerate regular reporting for various stakeholders Data management: Work with systems, ops-data and end users to manage and maintain the databases and to do system enhancement Qualifications Proficient in:Databases such as Microsoft Excel Data visualization tools such as Power Bi and Tableau).
