Key Responsibilities Lead and execute technology and cybersecurity risk assessments across systems, applications, and infrastructure. Oversee internal and external quality audit processes, including audit planning, documentation, and remediation tracking. Monitor and manage information security issues, SLA compliance, and governance processes. Conduct assessments related to End-of-Life (EOL) / End-of-Support (EOS) systems and recommend mitigation strategies. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in governance and risk management workflows. Review, test, and evaluate IT controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Support incident response and participate in periodic cyber drills and risk reviews. Prepare audit reports, document findings, and follow up on corrective action plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity awareness and promote compliance culture. Conduct training and awareness programs on cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection (across client and supplier data) best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in cyber risk management, IT audit, information security, or compliance (preferably in cross country compliance). Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks Experience in handling technology risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security audits. Proficient in reviewing audit workpapers, documenting findings, and developing risk mitigation plans. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
