Join to apply for the Electrical Engineer role at Seatrium The Electrical Engineer will manage the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to ensure product quality and timely delivery to commissioning. The engineer will work closely with the electrical design team to document project requirements and develop an electrical work plan for electrical system and sub-systems construction, testing, and commissioning. Key responsibilities include: Studying electrical drawings related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout drawing, single line drawing, and interconnection drawing Involvement in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test, and Atex inspection Creating work packages by area or by subsystem Planning resources, including manpower, materials, facilities, and P6 scheduling Giving direction and assigning jobs to subordinates for job execution Preparing the work condition for subordinates to work, including materials and facilities Monitoring progress in meeting the P6 schedule Applying Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology for all work activities Reporting daily work progress to EPCC Coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors, and engineering teams Requirements for the role include: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or other relevant disciplines Understanding of construction schedules and analysis of critical paths Experience in managing vendors and sub-contractors Able to handle projects independently Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with on-job training provided Location: Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd., with two locations - Admiralty Yard and Tuas Yard. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:15 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
