The company is renowned for delivering high-quality projects in façade, structural glass, and premium landed housing developments, with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and design excellence. They are looking for a Site Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. If you are seeking to grow your career in a dynamic and design-focused environment, we encourage you to applyThe Job Work closely with project managers to plan and execute site operations, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee contractors and trades personnel, monitoring construction activities to maintain safety compliance and operational excellence. Assist in preparing project schedules, execution plans, construction and installation methods, and maintain accurate site records and updated drawings. Collaborate with safety personnel to enforce government regulations and internal safety procedures. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress. Attend client and subcontractor meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure all project documentation is complete and current. The Talent Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or Project Management (or related discipline). Minimum 3 years' project management experience in landed housing or bungalow construction. Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Safety-conscious, outcome-oriented, and able to take full ownership of assigned duties. Positive, open-minded, and eager to learn, with the drive to achieve operational excellence.
