Job Title: Airport Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Airport Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising passenger check-in processes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operations at Changi Airport Terminal 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise passenger check-in processes with Ground Handling Agents
- Manage service desk activities, including standby, offload, upgrade, and handling flight disruptions under Station Manager's direction
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks and reports on airline's CRS/DCS and internal systems
- Act on and forward passengers' claims/complaints to Sales & Service team
- Invoice checking, including lounge invoices
Requirements:
- Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport
- Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in scheduling with work experience in airline's passenger and flight service an advantage
- Working knowledge of airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus is an advantage
