We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of 230kV power plant and substation projects at Jurong Island . The role includes overseeing project execution, managing electrical installations, and ensuring all work complies with relevant industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution of 230kV power plant projects.
  • Oversee generic electrical installations
  • Manage executive installation works, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee all site activities, including construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure full compliance with EMA, NEA, and MOM requirements.
  • Lead project meetings, risk assessments, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are met at all times.
  • Resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management
  • Candidate has experience with HV (230kV) or power generation project is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s energy regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
