Be a Part of Our Beverages Team

  • Provide exceptional beverage services to members and guests;
  • Assist in daily purchases and sales, maintaining high inventory levels;
  • Set tables and assist the supervisor in seating members/guests;
  • Greet, present menus, and take orders from members/guests;
  • Serve food according to service procedure;
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, inclusive of storage, sink, floor, glasses, etc.;
  • Report any discrepancies to the supervisor;
  • Recommend and introduce drinks to promote sales;
  • Handle and set up bar services for banquets and meetings as required;
  • Maintain high work and safety standards in the workplace;
  • Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming;
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

About You:

  • Preferably with working experience in related field;
  • Basic oral English proficiency, with an additional language a plus for associate liaison purposes;
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills;
  • Someone willing to learn and adapt to various line positions;
  • A valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate is mandatory;
  • Candidates with F&B experience may be considered for the Captain position;
  • Able to perform split shift duties on a 6-day work week.
