IC Physical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled IC Physical Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical design of integrated circuits from netlist to GDSII at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Netlist to GDSII at block level, subsystem level, and full chip level
  • Multitasking on multiple tapeouts involving netlist to GDSII
  • Hierarchical partitioning and budgeting of block-level subsystems
  • Implementation of high-performance cores and low-power designs
  • Familiarity with nodes up to 7nm, 10nm, 14nm, and 28nm

In addition, you will be working on timing signoff in loops through STA and ECO cycles at block and interface levels, as well as performing block-level floor planning, power planning, and IR drop analysis. Your expertise in scan chain reordering and clock tree constraints creation is also required.

Technical Skills:

We require experience with PnR tools such as Synopsys ICC/ICC2 and/or Cadence Innovus.
