FULL-TIME DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
Main Job Scope
Opening & closing of clinic.
Registering & discharging of patients - Collection of payments, dealing with cash/credit terminals.
Dispensing & explaining medications to patients.
Answering phone calls, replying to emails & WhatsApp messages.
Managing clinic's scheduling - Booking/arranging/cancelling/changing patient's appointments, updating if appointments run late, keeping dentists on track to avoid overrunning.
Prepare, send & track patients' recall reminders.
Prepare welcome drink for patients & end of appointment warm towel for patients.
Maintaining cleanliness & tidiness at the front desk & waiting lounge.
Sending quotations & treatment records to patients.
End of day settlement - Ensuring all finance-related tasks tally.
Bridge between patient & dentists - Forwarding patient's enquiries/concerns/feedback/complaints to dentists & getting back to patients.
Contacting dental labs to collect cases when needed & checking dental cases status.
Receiving stocks from suppliers & keying stock entry into system.
Submitting Medisave/CHAS claims.
Ad-Hoc
Helping dentist/s with preparing treatment plans, dental insurance forms & letters.
Collecting lunch.
Spring cleaning.
Minimum requirements
Friendly, cheerful & positive attitude
Self-motivated & has a willingness to learn
Attention to detail
Candidate must possess at least the Singapore-Cambridge "N" Level
Candidate must be able to speak & write in English
Preferably for candidate to have at least 1 Year of working experience in dental receptionist
Preferably for candidate to be experienced in Microsoft Office
Clinic Hours
Tuesday to Saturday: 8:45am to 6:30pm
Monday & Public Holidays: Closed
