What the role is
Adjunct Administrative Executive/ Corporate Support Officer provides support to the school administration team to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the school.
What you will be working on
You will support the school in a broad range of school administrative and operational areas, such as finance, procurement, student affairs, personnel matters, and/or managing frontline. You may also assist in enhancing processes for the efficient and effective running of the General Office.
What we are looking for
Commitment to a 1-year contract
A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, organisation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and adept at using IT systems
Relevant work experience in general administration, finance, procurement, and/ or customer service would be advantageous
Please note that you will be considered for both positions based on overall suitability of the role. If you are shortlisted, you will be informed of the position(s) that you are shortlisted for, and you will be included on a central register for schools’ consideration till 19 Dec 2025. During this period, schools may reach out to you for further assessment such as interviews or work trials to determine your suitability for the job. If you are not approached by any school by 19 Dec 2025, you may consider your application as unsuccessful.
