Our Client, a leading and well-known Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Home Care Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse. Nurses with bedside nursing experiences are welcome to apply Benefits Summary: Salary up $7500 (Based on experiences and qualification) 5 Days, Office Hours (8am - 530pm) Islandwide AWS + 2-3 months bonus Responsibilities: Ensure nursing care services rendered are safe, competent and individualised. Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control. Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families or caregivers. Coordinate the care of patients through an advising physician, provide direct patient care, evaluate patients' conditions, and serve as the liaison between families and physicians. Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required. Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.
