Responsibilities
Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care.
Manage patients' feedback
Demonstrates nursing competencies for Gynaecology patient in a specialised Women's Clinic
Maintain and care for tools and supplies such the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets, including providing feedback to assist on vendor evaluation.
Exhibits assurance and competence when preparing patients for all procedures, including core biopsy vacuum assisted biopsy, fine needle aspiration cytology, and post-procedures etc
Injection / Blood taking / Dispense medication for patients
Billing / Medisave submission / Financial counselling for patient
Maintain quality records according to guidelines
Orientation and induction of new staff
Monitor and assess performance of junior staff
Plan roster and staff coverage
Other ad hoc role assigned by RO.
Requirements
At least 1 year of OB&G experience
Valid BCLS and AED will be a plus
Immediate starter is preferred
