Position Overview This role will act as an IT strategist and master-planning lead to drive the IT Strategy for Cluster Office and the Digital Strategy for Community Care sector. Role & Responsibilities Work with AIC business stakeholders to develop a strategy for collecting, analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of digital initiatives. Work with various IT and AIC business stakeholders to support AIC’s digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the overall Digital Transformation efforts. Monitor market trends for new and coming technology opportunities. Identify opportunities and challenges for community care sector in the digital space. Assist in bridging business and IT requirements such as translating business needs to IT requirements and vice versa. Assist in the assessment of digital maturity level of AIC and community care sector. Assist in the mapping of the end-to-end Customer Journey (seniors and other clients) and identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience through digital channels. Assist in creating detailed roadmaps outlining specific steps, milestones, and resources required for implementing the digital strategy. Assess the existing technology infrastructure and identify the need for new tools or systems or interfaces to support the digital strategy. Assist in facilitating workshops in mapping "As-is" and "To-Be" workflows and help process owners identify gaps and perform root cause analysis. Organise visits to other agencies/ organisations to learn best practices in digitalisation, digital transformation and share these with the various stakeholders in AIC. Conduct change management workshops/ trainings with various stakeholders to help them understand the need for change, the impact and ease their transition to adopt the digital solution. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness and success of the digital transformation projects through the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to objectively measure and evaluate the progress and outcomes of respective projects and programmes. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any related disciplines Good knowledge of business systems, information systems and digital transformation. Healthcare administration or digital transformation experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication. Familiarity in business improvement and transformation through the use of technology would be an advantage. Industry recognized certifications such as Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL or PMP will be advantageous. Keen interest in devising new digital standards, processes and policies. Good interpersonal, communication (presentation, written, and listening) and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders. Good project management skills and can multi-task, as well as work well independently and as a team player. Experience in a secretariat role for C-suite or senior management would be an advantage.
