Job Title: Crowd Control Crew x 600
Location: Various Stations, Across East West Line, Downtown Line & Circle Line (Outdoor Environment, Mainly Bus Stops)
Work Period: 29 Nov 2025 – 8 Dec 2025
Shifts
Shift 1 (With Transport Allowance): AM 4:30am–3:30pm or PM 2:30pm–1:30am
Shift A (Without Transport Allowance): AM 7:00am–3:30pm or PM 3:00pm–11:00pm
Other shift patterns available too
Key Responsibilities
Ensure commuter safety during boarding and alighting from shuttle buses
Manage crowd flow to maintain order
Provide directional assistance to commuters
Deliver exceptional customer service
Report operational issues to supervisor/team leader
Additional Requirements
Punctuality and full attendance for assigned shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods
Salary Details
Weekday: $13.53 per hour
Weekends: $14.03 per hour
Transport Allowance: $20 per shift (For shift starts before 6:30am OR ends after 11:30pm)
Working Attire
Black polo shirt (no loud designs)
Black pants
Covered shoes (any color)
