As a Lift Mechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring elevator system reliability and compliance. You will develop and implement maintenance strategies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate across multiple sites to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate annual lift maintenance plans, including inspections and tests, in compliance with local regulations
  • Design, update, and implement maintenance procedures and testing protocols
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage resource allocation across islandwide sites
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve on-site challenges
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and maintain documentation for audits
  • Contribute to the refinement of SOPs and promote best practices within the team

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in lift maintenance or lift engineering at an engineer level
  • Strong understanding of local lift inspection regulations and standards
  • Solid employment track record with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Maintenance management, troubleshooting, fault analysis, scheduling, and resource planning skills
