Assistant Director, Digital Literacy & Wellness IMDA's vision is to build a dynamic digital economy and a cohesive digital society driven by an exceptional infocomm and media ecosystem. In line with Singapore's social compact, IMDA seeks to help every citizen thrive in the digital age and feel empowered online. The Digital Literacy & Wellness Division equips Singaporeans with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate the digital space safely. This role involves supervising a team, forging partnerships, and driving innovative strategies to broaden outreach and engagement across diverse communities. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the development of public education programs and resources addressing online safety, digital harms, and wellness. Lead a team to create engaging, accessible educational materials including toolkits, infographics, videos, and digital campaigns. Oversee research and monitoring of emerging digital competencies and issues, synthesising findings to inform content and public messaging. Devise and implement multi‐channel public education strategies to maximize reach and impact, optimising digital platforms and data analytics to measure engagement and refine initiatives. Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, industry stakeholders, and community groups to enhance program effectiveness, impact and outreach. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program design, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in digital literacy and online safety education. Represent IMDA in inter‐agency working groups and speaking engagements related to digital inclusivity. Requirements Background in Communications, Public Policy, Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience overseeing curriculum or content development, driving public education is a plus. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with proven ability to translate complex issues and policies into accessible, actionable public education. Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing cross‐sector partnerships, and driving multi‐channel communication campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences and stakeholders. Experience leveraging data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision‐making. Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing independent initiative with collaborative leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
