Responsibilities:

  • Assist Warehouse Supervisors/ HOD to monitor stocks movement & GRN stocks for from

  • Packing & unpacking whenever there are goods for received or delivery.

(Deliveries preparation for same day & next day delivery)

  • Printing of Daily invoice listing & stamping all outgoing invoices.

  • Daily planning and controlling of manpower, keep track of warehouse inventory

  • Report to Warehouse Supervisor/HOD if there is any discrepancy or incorrect goods received or delivered.

  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock take and prepare inventory reports

  • Ensure the warehouse is properly locked and the alarm is activated before leaving the warehouse after work.

  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management

  • Minimum 1 years of supervisory experiences in warehouse operations

  • Knowledge in ERP systems and Time Management systems will be an added advantage

  • Hands-on experience in handling warehouse physical work and related paper works

  • Must have Forklift licenses
