We are currently inviting applications for the following positions.
Salary range : $7,000 to $10,000
Senior Associate / Associate (Corporate Advisory)
Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (admission to other common law jurisdictions will also be considered).
1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure to corporate M&A and general commercial work.
Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation and legal research.
Ability to manage files independently and provide guidance to junior lawyers.
Capable of working well under pressure and handling multiple assignments efficiently.
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.
Senior Associate / Associate (Corporate Finance)
Requirement
Admission to the Singapore Bar (admission to other common law jurisdiction(s) will be considered).
2 to 5 years’ PQE with solid corporate finance experience including initial public offerings, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate transaction.
Good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently; and
Self-driven approach and positive attitude.
General Requirements
You are a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a good honours degree in law from a recognized university.
1 to 5 years’ Post Qualification Experience in litigation and/or arbitration.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be responsible, meticulous and motivated.
Able to work independently and as a team in complex and high-value litigation and arbitration matters.
Ability to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage but proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.
