Business Development Manager (Online Sales)We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive online sales growth and expand the NTUC LearningHub Learning eXperience Platform (LXP). Key Responsibilities Achieve online sales targets and grow subscription revenue. Expand the portfolio for LXP through partnerships and engagement (B2B2C). Drive awareness and uptake through roadshows, enterprise events, and direct engagement with individual learners. Collaborate with Marketing and agencies to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and subscription growth. Manage creative assets and ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with Brands & Communications to plan and deliver monthly social media content to build consistent awareness of LXP. Analyse sales funnel metrics and campaign performance data to recommend and implement optimizations. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and campaign ROI. Partner with internal tech teams for campaign requirements and system enhancements, and manage change requests that support sales and customer experience. Manage customer enquiries, issues, and escalations from individual learners using the LXP app and website. Ensure a smooth and supportive learner journey to maximize satisfaction and retention. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), continuing education, or a related domain. At least 2 years of direct experience in partnership development. Proven ability to lead contract negotiation processes and manage contract lifecycle in collaboration with legal team. Strong project management and cross‐functional collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, Sales etc). Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‐solving ability with a results‐oriented and strategic mindset. Platform or APP experience a bonus. Ability to take ownership and drive partnership initiatives from proposal to execution. Comfortable in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations. Experience in marketing and communications is a plus.
