Responsibilities Design and maintain core business metric systems (retention, engagement, conversion, LTV, ROI, etc.). Plan and review event tracking schemes to ensure data quality. Build and maintain dashboards for monitoring and visualization. Design and execute A/B or multivariate tests for product launches, campaigns, version updates, etc. Analyze user behavior across lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, churn). Conduct user segmentation (e.g., high‐value, at‐risk, new users) to support refined operations. Evaluate in‐game economy balance, monetization strategies, and pricing optimization. Identify issues, opportunities, or innovations through exploratory analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. 3+ years of relevant experience; gaming industry experience preferred. Required Skills Proficient in SQL; able to handle large‐scale data from Hive, BigQuery, Redshift, etc. Skilled in at least one statistical programming language (Python with Pandas/Numpy/Sklearn or R). Strong data intuition, analytical thinking, and problem‐solving mindset. Passion for games and solid understanding of game mechanics and player psychology.
