HR & Admin at LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte. Ltd. | Hiring Sales Intern Working Hours and Benefits Working Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Transport reimbursement: up to SGD 128 per month (with receipts). Mobile phone reimbursement: up to SGD 50 per month (with receipts). Uniform is provided. Outlet & Relationship Management Negotiate and secure rental contracts with outlets to obtain optimal space for product placement. Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned outlets to ensure smooth collaboration. Replenish stocks to maintain product visibility and availability in stores. Retrieve dairy products from the chiller room for timely display. Ensure all products, information, and promotional materials are presented according to company guidelines. Visual Merchandising & Brand Promotion Implement and optimize placement of Point-of-Sales Materials (POSM) at strategic in-store locations to maximize brand visibility. Actively promote products during events, roadshows, and in-store activations to engage customers and drive sales (where relevant). Attend bi-monthly sales meetings at the office. Travel daily between multiple stores within a designated geographical cluster. Prepare, process, and maintain documentation including goods issue summaries, return forms, and order forms. Acknowledge and verify delivery and receipt of goods with outlets, obtaining required signatures and maintaining organized records. Ensure accurate record keeping for inventory management, returns, and regulatory compliance. Support ad hoc sales activities and perform other tasks as assigned by the sales department. Product Disposal & Returns Identify, report, and dispose of damaged or expired products in line with company procedures. Collect and process product returns from outlets as required. Liaise with outlets and office staff regarding disposal instructions and documentation. Bring returned products back to the office during designated visits. Learning Opportunities Receive hands‐on experience in retail store merchandising and brand initiatives. Develop practical skills and industry insights in the FMCG and wholesale retail trade sectors. Specialize in the merchandising of confectionery and snack products, learning effective product placement and promotional strategies. Requirements Proactive and self‐motivated. Comfortable handling pork‐related food. Flexible and adaptable, especially with travel and varied daily schedules. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned cluster. Able to speak, read, and write in English. Prior experience in retail, sales, and merchandising is preferred. Students who studied related sales, retail, and merchandising fields are preferred.
