As an Implementation Lead/Director, you will play a key role in designing and delivering complex regulatory reporting solutions of varying sizes to new and existing customers globally. You will be part of the client services team within the FinTech industry.
We seek candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets. Your focus will be to lead client implementation, design, and implement complex solutions using the CV10 platform for Nasdaq AxiomSL clients worldwide. You will work closely with colleagues in Mumbai and other Nasdaq teams globally.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling project scope, timelines, budget, and delivery as per project plans and SOW.
Conducting client discovery workshops, designing solutions, and guiding teams on solution implementation within project parameters.
Collaborating with client team members, Solution Architects, and Domain Experts to analyze client data and implement optimal solutions.
Mentoring clients and internal project teams on addressing challenges and standard methodologies for platform and solution setup.
Planning, preparing, and delivering end-user training for platforms or solutions.
Providing regulatory reporting expertise and staying updated with regulatory developments.
Maintaining detailed documentation following SDLC methodologies.
Sharing knowledge with Nasdaq and client teams as applicable.
Supporting sales, pre-sales, and product teams with technical expertise for potential projects.
Mentoring team members on design considerations, processes, and methodologies to enhance skills.
The ideal candidate combines technical implementation skills with regulatory knowledge and client-facing capabilities.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in computer science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years working on regulatory reporting solutions, with at least 8 years on Axiom.
Desired skills:
Proven experience leading regulatory reporting implementations for financial institutions.
Familiarity with Financial Statements, General Ledger, and accounting related to regulatory reporting.
Basic project management skills.
Excellent SQL skills and experience with SQL query tools.
Experience with Axiom CV v9/10.
Interest in software implementation and process management.
Strong communication skills for client interaction at all levels.
Willingness to travel as required (typically 3 to 9 months).
Preferred skills:
Expertise in regulatory reporting functional requirements.
Proficiency in JIRA and MS Office applications.
Certified Scrum Master or knowledge of agile methodologies.
Awareness of cloud computing fundamentals.
