Order Fulfilment Officers Part-Time Flexible

Job Scope Supporting the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website which includes fulfilling customers’ orders; Receiving, putting away, picking, sorting, packing, and despatch of orders; Unpacking, stock count, sorting and arranging of new stocks / restocks into inventory; Processing of customer returns into inventory; Updating all inflow / outflow of stock using our in house inventory management barcode system; Monitoring product quantities and making sure products are restocked regularly; Assisting in any other administrative tasks; Facilitating in daily operations affairs that involves logistics/inventory (eg. liaising with courier, photoshoots, steaming of apparel). Requirements Strong computer skills and fast learner. Min N/O Level. Basic Excel Skills required. Able to work independently. High attention to detail and accuracy. Minimum commitment of 3 months, applicants who are able to commit for longer periods will be prioritized. Able to start work immediately. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Contract length: 6 months Salary: $14.00 – $22.00 per hour Salary starting from $14 onwards are for candidates with at least A level qualifications only. Or if candidate is still attaining the cert, salary will be adjusted after attainment of the cert. Candidates with less than A level qualification would have offered pay adjusted accordingly.
