Overview We are seeking a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual for the Group Chairman Medical Board's Office. In this role, you will perform essential administrative, coordination and secretariat functions, providing comprehensive support for the Office's strategic and operational activities. Responsibilities Report writing, coordinating work plans, data analysis and drafting and reviewing Policies & Procedures (P&P). Coordinate with peers, staff from external departments and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate work process integration. Organise high-level meetings and plan strategic events or outreach activities. Support the Director (Medical Affairs) in key areas of Medical Manpower planning and junior doctors' well-being initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Prior work experience in medical science, biomedical science or healthcare is advantageous Fast learner who is motivated and proactive Team player who is able to work independently Meticulous and highly organised Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
