Responsibilities
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and operation of the factory's IT systems, including servers, network connectivity (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless), hardware such as PCs, and software systems.
Design, deploy, and maintain factory IT infrastructure, including on-premises servers, cloud integrations, and edge computing devices. Ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems supporting factory operations, such as MES, SCADA, and PLCs.
Manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server 2022, and VMware environments. Maintain high availability and disaster recovery setups.
Deploy containerized applications with Docker, and manage Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters for high availability and scalability.
Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools. Support factory applications like MES, ERP, and SCADA.
Implement and manage data pipelines using Elastic Stack. Support cybersecurity measures, conduct security assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain documentation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, VCP, Docker Certified, Elastic Certified Engineer, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator.
Knowledge of Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Stack, and OT protocols.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), network security, and automation.
Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
