Driving circuit (LTPS, Oxide, LTPO)2. Optical structure design3. Key process4. key material5. Key equipment6. Cost structure (Mask, process, material, equipment)* Work with CTO office to position and to drive different technologies readiness* Work with panel qualification engineers and partners to overcome critical issues during product development* Work with WWP to for display clean sheet exercise for new technologies**Essential Requirements*** Master of Science and above in engineering field (EE, Chemical, Material)* 10+ years hands on experience in following areas1. TFT circuit design2. Optical structure design3. Process design4. Material evaluation5. Equipment specification define6.
